| Vanilla | Our signature cupcake – a light & moist sponge made with the finest organic vanilla, decorated with pastel shades of fondant or yummy vanilla frosting, topped with a sugar daisy-of course! |
| Choc Chip | Luscious vanilla sponge with organic choc chips added to the mix, topped with more choc chips added into our gooey choc frosting or choose chocolate ganache for the big finish. |
| Rocky Road | Chocolate flavour sponge topped with a luscious chocolate frosting-topped off with fudge pieces, marshmallows & white chocolate drops-totally delicious-& totally dairy free! |
| Double Choc | For the chocoholics amongst us! Our incredibly chocolatey sponge topped with lashings of our wonderful choc fudge frosting, decorated with organic chocolate curls & chocolate vermicelli. |
| Strawberry | We add fresh strawberries to our vanilla cupcakes for this one & top them with fresh strawberry puree frosting & pretty pink sprinkles. |
| Raspberry & Almond | Fresh raspberries are added to the sponge for this yummy cupcake which we flavour with organic almond extract & top with a flourish of raspberry puree flavoured frosting–choose sprinkles or a fresh raspberry to add the perfect finishing touch. |
| Lemon | Organic, unwaxed lemons are used for our zesty lemon sponge, filled with our home made lemon curd & topped with tangy fresh lemon frosting & sprinkles. |

| Coffee | For all the coffee lovers out there - this one’s made with freshly brewed coffee, finished off with coffee flavour frosting, topped off with a chocolate covered coffee bean & a light dusting of organic dark chocolate. Vanilla sponge with Fresh Summer Fruits, laced with Frambois liqueur, topped with non-dairy custard & cream, laced with liqueur & fresh fruit to decorate.

Black Forest Cupcakes
Chocolate sponge with cherry compote, laced with cherry brandy liqueur topped with melted chocolate frosting laced with brandy liqueur, & decorated with a single liqueur soaked cherry coated with dark chocolate.
** please note we are unable to mail the fruit trifle cupcakes with the cream topping/fresh fruit as this does not travel well -but we can substitute the cream with our usual frosting (laced with liqueur of course!)
