Cupcake Ingredients

All our cupcakes are made using:


Doves Farm gluten free flours & baking powder

Organic/fair trade raw cane / icing sugars / agave nectar / perfect sweet*
* for diabetic/low sugar baking(available on request)

 

Sunflower oil, local organic eggs, fresh soya milk / cream.


Our flavourings are always natural, with no additives and come from a variety of sources including: our own fresh fruit purees, Nielsen-Massey, Star Kay White and Steenbergs.


We use fresh fruit purees to colour our frostings but if a little more subtle colour is called for by our clients we choose Sugarflair-gluten & nut free paste colours-available from:
