All our cupcakes are made using:
Non-wheat, gluten free self raising flour
Organic raw cane sugar/organic caster sugar or natural sweeteners and organic icing sugars
Sunflower oil, local organic eggs, fresh soya milk.
Our flavourings and colourings are always natural, with no additives and come from a variety of sources including: Nielsen-Massey, Star Kay White and Steenbergs.
