All of our cupcakes are free from wheat, gluten and dairy - but why?
In common with many people today my husband needed to change to a wheat free, dairy free diet.
Proprietary bought wheat free, dairy free products often seemed to fall short of the mark with regard to both taste and quality of ingredients. So began our search to discover top quality ingredients to enable us to produce baked goods on a par with traditionally made sponge cakes, desserts & biscuits.
At CupsaDaisy we aim to continue this search, constantly sourcing new, organic ingredients and testing recipes to ensure we can deliver the most scrumptious cupcakes possible - we hope you will agree!
And as for organic & free range…doesn’t it just make sense? And if you need proof just taste the difference!!
